Returns and Compensation Policy

1. Our Liability Commitment
For any losses confirmed to be caused by our fault (such as incorrect product type, improper packaging, or failure to ship in accordance with agreed-upon standards), we will assume full responsibility, including the loss of the goods’ value and related logistics costs.

2. Assistance Obligations for Non-Company Liability
If losses are caused by reasons not attributable to us (such as carrier negligence, customs clearance delays, or improper care by the buyer), we will actively coordinate with relevant parties to determine liability and fully assist the buyer in pursuing reimbursement from the responsible party.

3. Principle of Exemption from Liability
In principle, we shall not be liable for any loss that cannot be clearly attributed to us. Since nursery stock is a living commodity, cross-border returns are typically impractical both physically and legally (due to biosecurity requirements); therefore, we do not accept requests for physical returns.

4. Claim Timeline and Evidence
All claims regarding cargo damage must be submitted within 48 hours of the goods’ arrival at the port and unpacking, accompanied by original unpacking photos and video evidence showing the container seal number.
