1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are determined based on your shipping address and selected shipping method after your order is confirmed. However, due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, carrier scheduling, or weather conditions, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if there are any changes to the delivery time based on confirmed information.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via major international carriers, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and China Post EMS. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Special Handling of Live Plants and Nursery Products

Live plants and nursery products are subject to phytosanitary regulations and may require import permits in certain countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the ordered products are permitted for import into their country. We assume no liability for products detained or destroyed by customs authorities.
We take great care in packaging live plants to ensure they remain in good condition during transit. However, given the nature of the products and shipping conditions, we cannot fully guarantee that live plants will arrive undamaged.

7. Damaged or Lost Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with all relevant parties to resolve the issue. For lost goods, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier restrictions or import regulations, we are currently unable to ship to certain regions. If your location is not listed as eligible for delivery during checkout, please contact us via our inquiry form, and we will arrange an alternative solution for you.
